The Confucius Institute In Sofia Have Conducted Chinese Language Proficiency Exams

On 8th December 2024, the Confucius Institute in Sofia have conducted their second session of the Chinese language proficiency examinations for 2024. More than 160 candidates including primary and secondary school students, university students and Chinese language learners from all walks of life, have taken part in the examinations HSK (levels from 1 to 6), and HSKK ( beginner, intermediate and advanced levels).
A week prior to the exam date, the Confucius Institute in Sofia have organised a training session for the examination administrators, focusing on the relevant management regulations. On the day of the examinations, Mrs Aksiniya Koleva - the Bulgarian director of the Confucius Institute in Sofia, and Prof. Chen Ying - the Chinese director of the CIS, have been responsible for the overall organisation and the supervision of the examination workflow. All the Chinese teachers of the Confucius Institute in Sofia, local Chinese teachers, administrative secretaries, technicians and other CIS staff have conscientiously fulfilled their duties to ensure that the examinations have been carried out smoothly.
It is worth mentioning that for the first time, the Confucius Institute in Sofia, have applied for special examination services for hearing-impaired candidates, including submitting written plans, helping candidates to test their equipment beforehand, and arranging for individual examination rooms and individual proctors.
The Confucius Institute in Sofia is highly recognised by local students and their parents for providing Chinese language and culture courses and quality Chinese language examination services to Bulgarian Chinese learners.
