Winners of the calligraphy competition to honour the UN Chinese Language Day

Dear friends of the Chinese language and culture,

On the occasion of the Chinese Language Day at the UN, which is celebrated on April 20 each year, the Confucius Institute – Sofia held a calligraphy competition among students from Confucius classrooms, schools with Chinese language education, as well as among students from the Institute’s language courses. The following participants were awarded:

The first prize was won by 古赫丽/ Gu Heli;

The second prize was awarded to Eleonora Obretenova and Deya Dmerdzhieva.

The third prize was awarded to Vasilena Milchova, Elitza Yuchormanska and Marina Vladimirova.

We extend our gratitude to all participants for their interest and we wish them good luck in learning this beautiful and ancient language!
